Conservative, egalitarian synagogue. Individuals and families of any age are always welcome. In addition to services for Shabbat and all holidays there are dinners, speakers, Sisterhood and Men's Club events, book reviews, craft club, and resident theatre troupe, the Old World Theatre Company. Rabbi Barry Schechter is well known in the community, especially for his knowledge and use of Jewish humor.

Duman Opportunity Center

Provides customized, person-centered services and streamlined supports leading to competitive integrated employment opportunities. Services to eligible participants include assessment of employment skills and goals, job readiness training, job development, job coaching, selection and enrollment in certified post-secondary education/vocational training and gaining practical skills through paid work experience or subsidized employment opportunities. Services and supports are also provided to partnering businesses including disability education, improving hiring practices to persons with disabilities, consultation of employment enhancements, and retention support. 

Contracted Employment Services

Assists adults with disabilities and other barriers to employment obtain and maintain jobs in janitorial or administrative support services.

Career Services

Helps individuals who are under or unemployed and may be experiencing challenges with their job search, such as career exploration, resumé building, interviewing skills, and the creation of a LinkedIn profile. Clients work closely with a career and employment specialist to determine specific services, including workshops, and groups, to develop a plan to reach their goal of employment.
