By day, Mikey helps open new doors in commercial real estate. Off the clock, he’s doing much of the same for young Jews in Chicago.
At just 35 years old, Mikey has already become a mentor to many young Jews in Chicago, from offering professional guidance to recent college graduates to supporting low-income students through his philanthropic work.
As a Retail Investment Sales Broker and Vice President at Horvath & Tremblay, Mikey builds connections with real estate professionals across the country to develop untapped markets. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation, and was named one of the foundation’s 2026 Super Mentor for his work mentoring the next generation of commercial real estate professionals.
Recently, Mikey volunteered with Keshet’s Buddy Bowling program where he connected with participants to ensure they had positive experiences.
“Mikey is an active leader in the Chicago Jewish community,” his brother said. “[He] is my personal role model who I continue to look up to.”

Describe yourself in 10 words or less: Husband, Father, honest, kind, loyal, fun, generous, connected, and dependable
Something most people don’t know about you: I was on Oprah as a first grader for a children’s book club episode.
Celebrity doppelganger: I don’t see it, but others have told me Vince Vaughn.
A Jew who inspires you: That would be my wife, Allie. She is an incredibly hardworking sales leader who consistently excels in her career. While I am proud of her professional accomplishments, what inspires me most is watching her as a mother to our two children. She manages to balance a demanding career while creating a home filled with love, patience, compassion, and joy. Her ability to give so much of herself to both her family and her work is something I deeply admire.
Your best piece of advice: You are your brand. No matter where you work or what you do, your brand follows you. Make sure your brand is what you want it to be by practicing what you preach.
