Ally’s passion for helping others lies at the heart of her work as Director of Operations & Programs at Bubby Fira’s Food Bank.

Through her leadership, Ally has helped create a welcoming and efficient environment for volunteers to serve on a weekly basis at the food bank. Ally is also committed to community outreach to find other families in the community who could benefit from the weekly meal service.

“Ally brings empathy, strong leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to everything she does, making a lasting impact on both the organization and the community,” said a friend. “[She] helps ensure families feel supported and cared. Ally truly embodies the values of tikkun olam, kindness, and community.”

A Bernard Zell Anshe Emet Day School and Camp Ramah Wisconsin native, Ally has participated in JUF Young Leadership Division (YLD) programming, including LEADS and Gesher. She has also volunteered through Maot Chitim and other community service opportunities organized by JUF.
