LSIP Application Process

The Application for the 2027 Lewis Summer Intern Program will be open from November 2, 2026.

How to Apply

  1. Students apply to the Lewis Summer Intern Program (LSIP) online. Applications are not complete until resume and two writing samples are turned in.
  2. LSIP Program Director screens applications and conducts first-round interview on a rolling basis.
  3. LSIP forwards applicants to a second interview with internship placements and builds a waitlist.
  4. Placement supervisor and proposed candidates conduct a second-round interview to mutually confirm match.
  5. Interns must submit background check and application to JUF to confirm placement in the cohort if offered a position.
