The Friend Center at the Weinberg Community provides a small, homey atmosphere and an array of activities in a therapeutic environment for 35 people with early stage Alzheimer's and an Alzheimer's Adult Day Service program. Interns assist with stimulating activities, facility operations, friendly visits with residents, and a culminating project or event. Interns should be flexible, creative, self motivated and able to work independently.
